My application project for Coordinating Seminar involved using Ohm's law, probabilities and some physics equations to devise a solution for the failed tether satellite space experiment of 1996. The original experiment of the tether was USA and Italy sent a satellite into Earth's electro- magnetic fields to gather 5000 volts of electricity to attempt to create a self charging mechanism using the collection of volts. However, due to the heat generated by the rocket, the tether cable snapped off and the experiment failed. To see how I solved this, check these links below.
